Technical Specification

FORMATS:

Mac QuarkXPress (preferred), Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, PDF.
Please also supply all screen and printer fonts, all graphics and pictures.
Unfortunately we are not able to accept any Word Processor Documents with embedded graphics and
pictures, PC-based formats or True Type fonts – Postscript equivalents will be substituted for these, leading
to text reflow problems.

PICTURES/GRAPHICS:

Must be supplied as CMYK TIFF, EPS or JPEG and must be 300dpi.
Low resolution pictures will not print correctly.

PROOFS:

It is preferable that you provide a proof, colour where appropriate, of your artwotrk so that output from disk
can be checked.

MEDIA:

Files may be supplied on CD, DVD, Zip or via the email (matt@hexprint.com)

Where material is supplied by a client contrary to these guidelines, Hexprint reserves the right to charge for conversion to a suitable format and colour proofing where required.

Hexprint can not accept responsibility if files supplied digitally via isdn/email or disc are incorrect.
