Environmental Policy

At Hexprint we want to minimise our impact on the environment and have developed strict guidelines by which we operate.

We take environmental concerns into account throughout the printing process and our policy means:

  • We only use totally chlorine free paper
  • We buy all our paper from sustainable forests
  • We have a chemical free processless platesetter and are keen to embrace new technology to reduce the amount of chemicals used in the printing process
  • We can and do use vegetable-based inks
  • We recycle all waste paper

 Enviroment

Preventing the formation of pollutants is, we believe, more important than simply trying to manage waste at the end of the process.

We are one of the first printers in the country to use processless plate technology and are actively seeking new technology as it becomes available on the market.

We are an approved supplier of The Body Shop and meet its strict environmental requirements.
